[Mouse Colour Swatch Book] is a playful guide exploring different colour combinations in Risograph printing, using a curious little mouse to showcase each vibrant mix.
[Riso Candy] is an experimental project creating Risograph-printed pins with die-cut shapes—playful, colourful, and a little treat to wear.
[Godzilla vs. Dragon] is a playful Risograph print imagining a love story between two fiery, mythical creatures, because if they both breathe fire, why not fall in love?
[Boom] is a short comic about an elephant-shaped vacuum that accidentally sucks up a bottle of cola… and then—boom!
[May I Have a Cup of Puddle?] is a four-colour Risograph comic inspired by funny dog photos on YouTube. It plays with the idea of a puddle that looks just like the foam in a cup.
[Vase] is a set of four Risograph prints experimenting with gradients and colour layering. Created using hand-cut paper shapes, the series explores how soft, organic transitions can be achieved within the bold, textured world of Risograph printing.

[Cat] is an A2 two-colour screen print on newsprint paper, designed for paste-up. Bold and playful, it brings street art vibes to this large-format feline print.
[Story of Cat] is a zine capturing the everyday adventures of my cat. Illustrated with a custom brush I made in Procreate, it has a fun pixel-like feel with dotted Risograph printing. I love how playful the final result looks.
[Christmas Card] is a two-colour Risograph print featuring a cat and squirrel, recurring characters in my work. It combines simple storytelling with vibrant, festive charm.
[Flamingo Flower] is an 6 colours A2 screen print with a hand-drawn background applied directly onto the screen. Each piece features a single pull using two colours, making every print unique with slight variations in texture and blend.
[Banana Lovers Club] is a playful illustration capturing the fun and quirky interactions between my cat and turtle—two unlikely buddies brought together by their shared love of bananas.
[Squirrel Gang] is an illustration inspired by the group of squirrels in my garden. They seem to hold daily meetings, maybe even plotting to sneak into my house one day.
[Screen Print Cat] is a three-colours screen print using fluorescent pink, green, and margarine blue. Created on iPad with added textures, it explores how digital elements translate into vibrant, layered screen prints.
[Girl Playground] is an illustration inspired by a life drawing session, capturing the beauty and playful gestures of the female form.
[Shocked Cat] is a three-colour Risograph print inspired by my neighbour’s cat, who visits me daily—sneaking into my house and playing in the garden. The print captures the surprise and charm of these unexpected visits.

Hi, I'm Kay. I find inspiration from various sources, including vintage items like toys, books, posters, and furniture. I enjoy studying their forms and colours, as they often inspire my work. Architectural styles also influence me, particularly the subtle details like ornamentation, shadows, and spatial arrangements, which inspire the layout of my artwork.

I was raised in Hong Kong and am currently based in England. After graduating from university, I started my career as an illustrator. Alongside my illustration work, I'm the founder of Print Studio Ink’chacha, a Risograph studio based in Hong Kong. I'm also passionate about silversmithing, and ceramics.

I've worked as an illustrator for both agencies and magazines. Besides my professional work, I draw inspiration from my surroundings, creating art centred around animals, monsters, stories, and whatever else piques my interest. My time at my Risograph studio has had a profound influence on my illustration style, colour palette, texture, and colour separation techniques. Now, I've been focusing more about screen print and would want to explore more about it.
